Hi Welcome to The Whiteknights Lodge Website

We are a Masonic Lodge (no 5894) established back in 1943. We meet at the Berkshire Masonic Centre, Sindlesham, Wokingham on the second Thursday in October, November, December, February, March, and April.

Our principal aim is to raise funds and help others nationally and internationally - as indeed we are normally one of the first organization to donate to international disaster relief funds.

2022 saw The Masonic Charitable Foundation gave over £16 million in grants and donations.

However we also look to assist local 'good causes' and this year 2023 we working to help a Wokingham based charity-First Days Children's Charity reg.no.1157855

SO WHAT'S THE ISSUE?

“It is my first day at school
and looking different from the other children”

Through no proper uniform and
those other items important for children to ‘fit -in’?

It will probably all add up to the worst possible start to their school life.

Not fitting - in on those ‘first days’ will often lead to the child not fully engaging and being left behind on the very start of their education.

THERE TO HELP?

‘First Days’ is a Wokingham based registered charity (no.1157856) and has been providing help for nearly a decade to those families on low income or are now experiencing hardship - especially to make sure that young children arrive at school ‘ready to go’ with the proper uniform and those other ‘early days’ necessities.

To help ‘First Days’ we at Whiteknights are holding a gala dinner on April 22nd 2023 at the Jekyll & Hyde, Hartley Wespall RG27 0AX to raise funds for this worthy cause.
